To retain the freshness in the grapes, they are harvested early in the morning. Once they have arrived at the domaine the grapes undergo slow and progressive direct pressing. After that, settling and fermentation at low temperature (16°c) in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks.
The result is a fresh and spicy white wine made of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier. Light golden color, a nose of apricot and meadow flowers, expressive and pure. On the palate lots of citrus fruits, lemon zest and blood orange. Full bodied with lively freshness from the citrus acidity.
About the Wine Maker
Located in the Gard department, on the right bank of the Rhône River and a few kilometers away from the village of Add to dictionary du Pape, the vineyards date back from the first millennium, on the «Cesar Camp», where the Roman legions used to sit and watch the Rhône River. The terroirs from the Laudun area enjoy exceptional conditions resulting in the production of fresh, spicy and juicy reds.
