Shipping & Returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. They will either be shipped via PostNL/MyParcel or TNT with tracking number. Packages can be delivered within Amsterdam/’t Gooi area by Le Vineur by appointment.
PLEASE NOTE: as of 1 July 2021 a mandatory age verification is required upon ordering and at delivery. The extra charges have already been incorporated in the total shipping and handling costs as shown in the shopping cart. The age verification at delivery will be registered by above mentioned parties and corresponding data will be stored by them.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. Our packages are wrapped in secure packages to keep the risk of glass breakage or damage to a minimum as possible.
Right before shipment we will provide our customers with a tracking number, allowing packages to be followed by track & trace. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically based on weight and location when you are checking out.

These costs will be charged at the time the package clears customs. Customs policies differ from country to country. All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Le Vineur has no influence on these surcharges. Please contact your local customs office or authorities for further information.
We undertake the proper safekeeping and storage of wines in our possession and will describe the condition of the wines as good as possible. We will act in good faith when purchasing wine, for unopened bottles, as quality control cannot be assured, we will not be responsible for the state and condition of wines or whether the wine corresponds to the qualities which might be expected from its description.
If a bottle reaches you broken or in a damaged condition, please notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
