Tasting Notes
The wine is a blend of Grenache and Syrah, two of the famous indigenous grapes of the area. The vineyard management is done with sustainable methods. Harvesting at optimum maturity, with a long and cold maceration time with punching down followed by traditional winemaking and temperature control. This allows for a wine full of liveliness.
About the Wine Maker
Located in the Gard department, on the right bank of the Rhône River and a few kilometers away from the village of Châteauneuf du Pape, the vineyards date back from the first millennium, on the «Cesar Camp», where the Roman legions used to sit and watch the Rhône River. The terroirs from the Laudun area enjoy exceptional conditions resulting in the production of fresh, spicy and juicy reds.
