Tasting Notes
One of their champagnes is the Rosé Grand Cru, made of Pinot Noir (20%) from Ambonnay and Chardonnay (80%) from Mesnil. It’s relatively pale in color, but holds the flavors in a tautly defined structure, retaining the incisiveness and delicate poise of Le Mesnil. The finish is fresh and fragrant, supported by firm acidity and a brisk chalkiness, and its lively balance invites you to drink more of it.
