About the Wine Maker
One of Burgundy's best kept secrets is this domain, which has been run by Claudine Gaunoux since the late 1990s. Throughout the year, she works meticulously in the vineyards to prune and tackle potential plant and grape problems at the source. As a result, Claudine harvests only the best grapes, which are then vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks. 'Wood is make-up for bad wines' is her adage.
