Tasting Notes
Crisp champagne made of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier with zero dosage, named after his great grandmother. This Brut Nature has clear influences of the Chardonnay, making it very elegant.
Shiny pale yellow color with flecks of gold. Pleasant red fruity aromas with toasty overtones. Refreshing and rich yet round palate brings fresh and lively fruity flavors.
About the Wine Maker
The Loriot family, 12th generation wine makers since 1675, reside in Festigny on the Côte Meunier, an area southwest of Reims where the Pinot Meunier grape flourishes. Michel Loriot decided from a young age to be a musician, an ambition not exactly supported by his father and grandfather. Music was deemed a hobby, but his vocation was going to be that of wine maker. Luckily for us, he found a way to combine the best of both worlds, by making music an integral part of his vineyards and vinification process.
