Tasting Notes
Small plot with clay-limestone soils. The vines have been planted in 1981 and 2000. Bruno cultivates the vineyards using sustainable methods. The soils are worked and tilled mechanically and the harvests are done manually with selective sorting in the vineyards. The wine has been ageing for 10 months in oak barrels (with 10 to 20 % new oak).
Pure, clear hue with delicate green glimmers. Very fresh and direct on the nose with attractive aromas of white fruits. The palate is round with a pleasant minerality and a lively finish. A highly expressive, seductive and complete wine for its appellation.
