Winemaker's dinner with Susanna Grassi from i Fabbri Chianti Classico, Sunday 23 June in Italian restaurant Momenti, in the Herenstraat in Amsterdam. 

Accompanied by a 3-course dinner we will taste the full range of i Fabbri wines including their white, rosé and different cuvées of Chianti Classico.

The high altitude wines from i Fabbri in Lamole are not like your regular Chianti wines where wood dominates the wine. Susanna Grassi makes her wines with respect for the terroir, meaning they are a finer fruit and minerality structure, lower alcohol and more overall freshness.
