This last quarter we intend to blow out 2022 with a bang! We will plan a number of tasting events, with or without dinner in a nice restaurant. For this dinner we selected a number of very rare and mature Bourgogne wines, from 20 to 70 years old. In the line up you can find:

There will be a few white wines from the 90s and 80s added to this list, so stay tuned!
We have reserved a table for 14 at Sinck on 17 Decemberr from 6pm onwards. Fee for the restaurant is 100 Euros per person, which includes a 5 course meal, corkage fees and service.
The fee for the wine is 250 Euros pp (to be paid now). Dinner will be 100 Euros pp, so the total will be 350 Euros for a memorable evening.

These Deep Dive Dinners are scoped for 12-14 participants. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel (and refund) this event in case there are not enough attendants.
The selected wines have been carefully collected over the years, however there is no guarantee that these bottles are free from defects. In many cases these are one-offs so impossible to replace. However, we will prepare some back-up bottles just in case, at our own discretion.
