This Saint Chinian vineyard revolves around 20 villages in the North-West of Béziers. The fabulous geological diversity and specific climatic influenced by the Mediterranean Sea give the wines of Saint-Chinian their unique character. Bernard Magrez manages his vineyard with classic methods in a sustainable way. The grapes are picked at aromatic and phenolic ripeness. Gentle extraction to respect the fruits and tannins. Maceration for 15 days and temperature-controlled fermentation at 24°C/26°C.
The wine has a nice ruby color and a bouquet with notes of black fruit, and subtle wood. Generous, fleshy with attractive length. A fine long wine with elegant tannins, with an affirmative mineral character. Really good price quality, challenging all competition from the region!
