Availability: In stock (18)
Delivery time: 1-2 days

Grape variety

50% Marsanne and 50% Roussanne. Around 20 year old vines.

Mid-slope plot, clay and limestone in the lower part, and with a granitic layer and gravely soil on the top. Full south exposure situated in the village of Mercurol within the Crozes-Ermitage district.

Maceration in concrete vats (for a better thermic inertia) for about 4 weeks (depending on the vintage). Extraction made by pumping over and punching down.

The barrel ageing lasts about 12 months depending on the vintage (10 to 20% in new oak). Then 8 months 100% in cement tank.
